Butter Garlic SteakIngredients:Beef steak slicesSaltBlack pepperGarlic clovesRosemary or thymeOlive oilButterLemon juice (optional)Method:Remove the meat from the refrigerator and let it rest at room temperature for 20 minutes.Season the steak with salt, black pepper, and a little olive oil.Heat a pan well over medium-high heat.Add oil, then place the steak slices in the pan. Do not move them for the first 2 minutes.Flip the steak and cook for another 2–3 minutes depending on thickness.Add butter, garlic, and herbs.Spoon the melted butter over the steak for one extra minute.Remove from heat and let the steak rest for 5 minutes before serving.Add a few drops of lemon juice if desired.🔥 Oven Method:Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).Place the meat in a baking dish with potatoes and spices.Cover with aluminum foil.Bake for 40–50 minutes.Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes to brown.
