Air Fryer Poached Eggs

Ingredients:4 large eggs4 small ramekins (heat-safe cups)1–2 tablespoons water per ramekinSalt to tasteBlack pepper to taste👩‍🍳 Instructions:Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3–5 minutes.Lightly grease the ramekins with a little oil or cooking spray.Add 1–2 tablespoons of water into each ramekin.Crack one egg into each ramekin.Carefully place the ramekins inside the air fryer basket.Cook for 5–8 minutes depending on how runny you like the yolk:5–6 minutes → soft/runny yolk7–8 minutes → firmer yolkRemove carefully (they will be hot).Season with salt and black pepper.Serve immediately.
